Eagle Flight vs. Boa quivers

Eagles Flight for me also , Ive used them on Shrews , Griffins , Hummingbird , Vortex , and Treadway longbows . Love the light weight and the looks , also like others have said you must trim the rubber grippers to fit your limb size .

I have the limb-bolt maxi-hood 4-arrow (phew!) model on my Horne. Nice & secure,can't tell if it's there or not & happily holds 4 Snoofers. I've got one of the Tim Robert's specials on the way & another Maxi on my Great Plains. Awesome li'l quivers that do exactly what you want a quiver to do.

Just wanted to update on this thread....in November I posted the following:

"We have had both...love the smallness of the Eagle Flight but...find they move. We tried but could not get them to stay put on some bows. Tom did hunt with one on his Schaffer Silver Tip. The Boas always stay put. I really love to hunt with a great Northern strap on quiver."

Don Ward of Eagle Flight Quivers and I have communicated several times since I posted this...and he gave me some additional tips...which we have tried out for the last two days.  Well...I jusr have to say ...the quivers are now rock solid!  I wish I had come back and read this thread earlier because Terry's tip sounds awesome and since we happily on 5 of the quivers...some 4 arrow and some 3 arrow...I plan to wash the rubber grip area on one tomorrow and try it out.

Well, I must have thrown those directions out too! Thanks for bringing this back up as it will be very helpful for me. I have been able to put 3 Treesharks and a squirrel blunt in my Jumbo-4 quiver but did have some movement. ready to try this modification on my Jumbo.

Love the EF quiver.I've had  a 4 arrow for awhile,although I only carry 3 WW in it.Liked it so much I just received 2 3 arrow quivers on Monday.Having them slide a bit doesn't really bother me.I had a thread going earlier about the EF quiver on my BBO Longbow and having it cause some bad arrow flight issues.I usually take the quiver off when I'm in the tree anyway so it doesn't much matter to me.They haven't affected my accuracy on any of my other bows,and I've used it on my Jeffery Recurve,Dwyer Longbow,Tomahawk Longbow,and the BBO.I just cannot get used to leaving/shooting with a quiver on the bow,but don't like using a back quiver,side quiver,hip quiver,ect.

I had trouble getting the EF to sit still on my Kanati, but in fairness, my boa moves a bit on that one too. I put the EF on my Kota Killum and it stays put. The Killum also seems to shoot better witht he EF in place. I have a Thunderhorn Linx on order for the Kanati. I modified a Boa by adding an aluminum bar between the hood and arrow clip. I think the trapped limbs on the Kanati have a lot to do with the EF slipping. I also like adding a bit of mass to the Kanati. The EF weighs next to nothing even with four arrows.

Really, my only criticism of the EF quiver is that the hood leaves about 1/8" of a Woodsman exposed. It is just a bit short for the long Woodsman broadheads. It covers snuffers perfectly. I wonder if the Jumbo EF is deeper or just larger in diameter. Anyone here know?

EF- i cut the rubber, and use double sided foam tape on the "off shelf" side of the bow, where the bottom of the " U " meets the riser- and it sure doesn't move at all. One piece locks it certain.

Really like the weight.
