Ordered Jay's Book
« on: February 22, 2009, 12:22:00 PM »
I have been having a fight with the dreaded TP freezing about 2" away from anchor and holding.  After trying many other cures this site and a couple of friends have steered me to Jay's Book; I can't wait to get it I am sure it is going to help.

Just received mine a few days ago.  I was well impressed with Jay's customer service and helpfulness and the book arrived in the UK very quickly.

I'm just finishing another book but Jay's is at the top of my reading pile ready to get into as soon as.

I'm looking forward to reading it.

I've been reading it.  Alot of what he says makes very good sense.  It focusus more on the mental aspect of archery, which is something I probably have not worked on enough.  I'm going to try to employ some of his ideas and see if I can improve.

Capt, if you're having trouble with target panic, you might want to read the last chapter first.  The rest of the book reads better in sequence, but there's no reason why you couldn't be putting some of his ideas to work on target panic while you're reading the rest of the book.

I can't say enough about how much this book and Jay have helped already.  I am able to get to anchor and hold and work on my form again. Jay has also "been there" to help with the process. Thanks again Jay.
