RICK WELCH SHOOTING SCHOOL (multiple students video)
« on: March 28, 2009, 01:50:00 AM »
This is a video of students from across the country, attending Rick Welch's shooting school. I posted this for those of you considering attending, so you can see what other students have experienced.

Sorry about the quality. I got this footage on a dvd from Rick, & lost quality when I saved it into my hard drive. Nonetheless, I think the point is pretty clear.

waiting4fall,

That's a very good video. Thanks for posting.

Do you have any video of Rick with the camera positioned so that it shows his draw & anchor from the side and from the front?

It might help folks understand his double anchor better.

Thanks,
Allen

bayoulongbowman,

I only have his 2nd video and there is only one quick view of Rick from the side and that is in one of the hunting shots.

The rest of the clips of Rick shooting are all from behind.

I may have missed one, but I was looking for it the last time I watched the video and found only that one.

YouTube does that damage most of the time.  If you upload videos to Veoh, they'll come out a heck of a lot clearer.

I took the class about 2 weeks ago and glad I did. I'm still working on it but have improved alot. I have considered taken the class for a couple of years and finally did it. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Rick is easy going and a good teacher.

Thanks for the post.  I want to get his DVD(s).

I have a questions - I see he has a volume 2 DVD.  Does it stand alone and cover all of what is in volume 1, or does it start where volume 1 leaves off?

It shouldn't affect arrow flight at all.
