Elevation problems

Lately my groups have really opened up vertically.  At 20 yards my groups are about 4 or 5 inches wide, but about 12 to 14 inches tall.

What are the odds that it is the result of inconsistent draw length?  Anyone have this problem before?  Is a clicker a probable solution?

I would love to do that but I don't have a video camera.  I watched all the MBB videos again last night and decided to do some blank bale work.  I have never done it before and decided that in lieu of recent accuracy problems it might be time to rebuild my shot from the ground up.

I'll let you know how it turns out.

At 20 yards I doubt it is a draw length problem, unless your bow is really slow or you are talking varying draw length by inches.  I would check your anchor.  If your anchor is inconsistent vertically then your shooting will be inconsistent vertically.

were is you ancor point? if it is low, in your mouth for instance, then cutting your arrow will help by reducing your gap. if it is high or your arrows are already cut right, then you should look at lighter arrows.
