I have bows that range from 34# to 50#. I can be accurate with any of them and I can be erratic with any of them. It seems to me though, that the biggest variable is the physical (as opposed to draw) weight and mass of the bow. A physically heavier bow seems to make it easier to get my bow hand to hold still than does a lighter bow. That said, I still think the biggest difference between a good day shooting and a bad day is my own concentration on form and target. If I go through my shot routine properly and don't rush my shot, I can hit with any of my bows; if I don't, I can't hit with any of them. I do prefer the light draw weight for form work, because I can work longer before muscle fatigue sets in.
