Built my own formmaster after seeing vid on you tube I love this tool everybody should buy one or build one I also added a tool to go with it I will try to decribe I think it could help some alot and help alot some so here it goes ty to follow. First you dont need to use the form master with this in fact I think both tools should be used seperate and together
Okay Imagine a length of paracord 36 or so inches
step 1 tie a loop with about a 1" diameter in one end now get your bow and a friend or wife to help you
2 put the forefinger of the bow hand through that loop
3 now hold the bow
4 bring the cord around the front of the riser below the self
5 now take the cord bring it under the thumb of your bow hand
6 now loop it over and back under the thumb this will bring the cord out toward you under your thumb
7 now the idea is to tie anougher loop so that your middle finger on your draw hand can touch anchor with the cord VERY tight almost to tight I think is best now when you get this done grap and arrow
8 nock your arrow this is where youll be shooting
pull back the cord goes tight push and pull
now you have a wall to pull against like our barebow compound brothers push pull I cant say that enough you will not be able to lengthen your draw because of the cord also if you collapse the cord will go slack pulling on the wall that is created really helps you feel back and you will explode off the shot
used with the form master after you have the hang of both tools
your form will really start grooving
