My form, need to change anything?

I'll post more later....but 1st off I see tension in your string hand .....after you release, your fingers are re-curled meaning you have tension DURING your release....and that can cause inconsistencies.

Might be because you are over drawing and coming back forward to anchor and creeping your tension forward.....not sure.

When you release, just stop letting go and relax your hand and you will get a much smoother release....one you can feel and identify through less bow noise and bow vibration.

On any release, the string kinda has to go around the fingers even though they are being moved out of the way by the string.....but when you have tension during release, the lateral travel is much more pronounced....that causes the issues I mentioned above.

Its best to work on one thing at a time, so make sure you aren't creeping forward 1st and then work on relaxing that hand at release.

Once you got that down,....film again.
