Falcon, I am just in the process of making one of the formasters for myself, getting the materials together, so I am not sure from personal use, but it seems to me that someone said on another thread that after having the formaster attached to the string and your elbow to then pull back on the bow without attaching your fingers at all to the string and this will show you exactly which muscles you should be using. Again, not sure about that as far as personal experience goes. DK.

Have the "how to" pictures in the beginning of this topic been moved or deleted?

Does anyone have the pics they could send me?  I'm looking at making one.
