Aw c'mon guys, we shoot outside in the snow all winter here and quite a bit after dark (porch light).  It's not cold unless you THINK it's cold.  I usually get about half-an-hour in before I start thinkin'.    :)

This is pretty similar to what I am learning from Rod. Another good way to get a feel for "expansion" is to pretend you are closing a door with the back of your elbow. This seemed to help me a lot.

Went to an indoor range.(70 deg)I tried to notice the expansion thing.I realized that I have been doing it all along. There is a website called "tenzone".It has ideas to get you into the ideal mood (zone) to shoot competitivly. It's more for competition shooters. But if your shooting to the point of excellent, see how you do when peaple show up to watch you shoot.Or how you hold up during the moment of truth when game shows up and you don't want to muff the shot.
