I wouldn't worry about the 2 inches high at this point. As you shoot the bow outside at more realistic distances, you will either adjust to the trajectory of your bow, or if not there are ways to adjust your point of impact up or down.
Other than a stiff arrow, form problems that could cause a left miss include shooting with a stiff bow arm, or not relaxing your string hand and forearm.
One constructive thing you could do while shooting at the close distances indoors is to begin to tune your arrows, if you have not already done so.
