You dont need anything really, just close your eyes and visualize the shot sequence and feeling, it can be a very powerful aid to training and pre shot sequence during a tourney.
They say shooting a Bow is 80% mental, at least once you have a decent shot sequence to work with.
I read in a Sports Psychology book where they did an experiment and taught two groups how to shoot basketball hoops, one group practiced all week and the other group just visualized the sequence in their head, the group that practiced all week lost to the visualization group on a competition at the end of the week.
