Use a glove or a tab and you will get a smoother release.Oh and take something for that cold.

Much better...but you are still creeping forward before the release.

Overall, you have a solid shot. The thing I would work on is developing a stronger pull through upon release. If you watch carefully you have a very slight collapse just prior to release. The simplest remedy is to focus on expanding through the shot at anchor. Don't hold until the shot fires. Actively try to pull the bow apart. It will give you a cleaner release and a better follow through.

You have some very solid positive aspects of your shot! Great work!

A few things worth considering are:

Are your arrows all the same length? If they are your draw length has some fluctuation.

Two things, I would advise doing.

1. Work with a formaster (you can make one if you can sew). This will help with any creeping/collapsing.
2. Work with a clicker for a little while. This will help with draw length inconsistancy.

I can't tell from the video completely, but I am assuming that you are not getting full rotation. Try to get the draw elbow at least behind the arrow (a little past would be even better). Also, try to bring the draw hand back to anchor, do not bring the face to the hand at all (noticable in 1st shot).

Oh, and don't try to do everything at once. Give it some time.       :)

Hope that helps. Keep up the good work!

Here is a short tutorial. I use the regular shotmaster, but it is pretty expensive (and IMO can be easily made for much less). The instruction book that accompanied is more for a target archer then for a traditional type archer, and I'm sure that added to the price. I'll see if I can get a pic of the one that my son uses. His is a home made one that uses an elbow supporter with the straps as shown in the link sewn to it.
