Howatt Hi Speed

Can any one give me some info on the howatt hi speed. I have one that was made in 1963.

Oh Lord, the guy asked a question about the bow because he probably wants to tune it and eventuall SHOOT IT. If this thread is locked because some weird commie rule then it is ridiculous.
