I was watching a video of the IBO world championships and I noticed all the guys were shooting three under I was wandering why, if it was regulation, or theres some advantage shooting that way.

She's not IBO but don't tell that to Hope Gillette who won the Eagle Eye competition at ETAR last weekend shooting split finger.  3 perfect shots and great form.  She won $1,000 and a Rinehardt deer target I believe.
