Here's footage of my shot from two angles. Do you think it's worth it? What two angles would you like to see of your shot? Any thoughts on my form? It's feeling better daily but now after reading the thread about cant I think  I want to try a little more "cantage."

Two views:

Thanks.

John,
I think you're looking pretty good.  As far as shot views, I like straight on, front as you have here and if possible top down. Cant is only required for the shot at hand (hunting for example) and/or to get your eye over the arrow.  The problem with canting for many that I see is that they do it for no reason.  It also can get your bow and string hand out of alignment.  The real secret to good shooting is "don't do anything that is not required".  You might concentrate on your back tension more to get that rather lazy string arm after the release moving back to the top of your shoulder.

With that said, how are you shooting?  If you are happy with it enjoy it and don't over analyze it.

Have you noticed that your head moves back as your draw your bow?  I don't think I've ever seen that before.  Usually people tend to move their heads forward, if they move their heads.  I think the ideal would be to keep your head still when you draw the bow.
