I have been shooting like doodoo lately, namely my bow arm is flopping everywhere. A majority of the time it flails to the right (LH shooter). When I was shooting a compound and had the same yips and yaws, I took the time to learn proper backtension using a hinge/spike style release. This helped a bunch. Seeing that I cannot use a pure back tension hand held release, I am wondering if using the Form Master will help like using a hand held backtension release will. I have spent the last two weeks blind bailing and its not getting any better, so I need to get serious quick. Am I on the right track in thinking that a Form Master will help me keep my bow arm steady?
