The bear weather rest is cheap and works remarkably well.
Had a friend show up last week with an old Bear compound.
The kind with the little tiny round wheels. There was nothing on it but the old metal pin sights. Not even a cable guard.
We took the sights off and slapped on a Bear weather rest.
In about 10 minutes he was shootin bullseyes at 17 yds.
Now I just have to get him to buy a trad bow.... Ye Ha ..
