Guys there is a nice chapter in the 4th volume of Traditional Bowyers Bible about shooting with confidence by Jim Hamm.
Many who suffer from shooting problems like target panic work hard to rid them selves of it by working hard at drills and bale work and when they attempt to transition or bridge, find themselves back at square one.
In this chapter it was clear that the problem also needs a little mind work as well, drills to build personal confidence are just as important as building physical confidence.
It's a common sense read, nothing overly technical but straight to the point.
