how to achieve back tension?

i hear alot of talk on hear about why back tension is imporant for consistent accuarcy but how do you achieve it?

Bayhunter,  A form master is the best device to learn back tension.  Also look at Terry's form clock and you might want to check out my videos which you can find in the "rotational drawing technique" thread below in this forum.
