I have set-up an up-to-10 yard range in my basement using a bag filled with plastic straps hanging from the rafters and blunts on my arrows. Due to ceiling height, I shoot off a chair to avoid smacking my upper limb tip into the ceiling. This is shooting primarily for form but gives me the opportunity to shoot my bow during these cold winter months. On my days off, I try to get to the 20 yards indoor range so I can vary my shooting sessions. If I go early enough, I'm the only person on the range and can do a bit of walk-around shooting to various distance and sight picture, not to mention shooting from different body positions. Best of Luck!
