John- As the other said, any range or structured practice is good. I honestly think that the best practice is few steps away from target and working on form one arrow at time the best. Then starting at 15 yards and grouping them and staying there till all in bull, then moving back two steps. Keep doing this till you get to the range you want. Once a week, i will just work on shot angles and/or kneeling, laying down and behind shot. I do shoot 40 and 50 yards at archery range just to see where my form is, and to know what "my arrow is doing at 30 yards". i also am a firm believer in stump shooting, close's think to stalking pratice I know. Main thing have fun, do it structured and don't create bad form.
