I think it's pretty good, just try to follow through a little longer, If you are aiming at a target that is much lower than your height, as it appears in the video, make sure to draw level and then bend at the waist, otherwise you are short drawing.

Sounds like your nocks are too tight...and looks like you are starting your bow arm drop before you release the string.

I agree with Terry and Njloco, you are dropping your bow arm way too soon. Your bow arm should stay in the pre-shot draw position until the arrow hits the target.
