Did you just add the video or did I miss it earlier?
Anyway, I see two things that MIGHT be causing the nose problem.
First, as you draw to anchor, you move your head back out of the way then as your hand reaches your references, you lay your head over and down to the string. This is very slight but is enough to cause the string to hit the nose. Try to place your head in position before you start your draw and then draw to YOU, DO NOT go to meet the string.
Second, you are shooting VERY fast (too quick of a release) and there is a collapse in your string side. Watch carefully how your string hand moves forward then back. It is kind of like you are "throwing" the string forward. This part is most likely contributing to the right arrow hits at he target.
