There could be a number of reasons, really hard to tell without seeing. It is easy to say "just keep your elbow/shoulder moving slightly to the rear" but how you are reaching good back tension ( or if you are at all) and/or what you are doing after you get to full draw really needs video to see where and what the problem might be.

I can't give any advice except to say listen to guys like Moebow. A lot of good shooters on here will be able to help you if you show a video of your shot process. They can tell you what angles to take video from. I WILL say to hang in there because whatever the issue, it can be licked!

Two things:  try not tilting your head when you come to full draw, and try using a Formaster. I don't think tilting your head necessarily has anything to do with collapsing, but I've been taught that it's just better form to keep your head still and draw the bow to your head. I can guarantee you that if you use a Formaster, it will be obvious to you if you are collapsing or not, and it has helped a number of people to overcome this problem.

In my circumstance I needed to change my sequence of the shot as well as my final concentration to keep my string hand at my face after the shot. With my three points of contact for my anchor I've needed to think of my last contact point to insure my full draw then completly concentrate on my impact point and finally keeping my string hand in place. Though I never shot a release in my compound days it payed off for me to watch how nothing  moves when they squeeze the trigger. I now try to duplicate that lack of movement thereby keeping my hand home.
