arrows dropping

So back last summer i switched from a compound to a trad bow. All went well after a few weeks i was getting good groups even had a productive deer season this year. so here is my problem about 3 weeks ago my arrows started dropping.I'm not talking a inch or two i'm talking hitting the bottom of my target or the ground in front of the target( i use a little box target sitting on the ground). Here is the part thats got me scratching my head. This is happening at anything past about 10 yards or so. i still get good groups tho just way to low lol Anybody got some advice?

Is it possible you are short drawing the bow? Do you have a dacron string on the bow? Your string may be stretched and you are not getting the most out of the bow. Just reaching here. Is your bow arm dropping on release?

Could be form.  Did your nock point move? Could your arrow be sliding down on the string and pushing off the shelf so tail high?  Do you bare shaft tune or are you shooting broadheads to see if this is a tune issue?

yes i use decron. The string is pretty new i made it bout the first of the year. i have not bare shaft tuned. just on a hunch i used a different bow this afternoon and was dropping with it aswell 12, 15, 23 yards grouping in the same place on the target.... just the wrong placelol form issue?

With a compound, you're probably looking through a peep sight.  With trad, no matter how you aim, you're depending on your anchor. 1/8" difference in your anchor can make a 6" difference in point of impact at 20 yards. I would suspect that your anchor may have changed, although there could be other reasons.

This happend to me for a short time. I shoot split finger and found that I was putting two much pressure on my ring finger. The effect was like string walking. Once I corrected that problem things went back to normal for me.

What did you do to correct it?

Make sure to keep your bow arm up until the arrow hits the target.  You may be dropping it unconsciously.  It doesn't take much.

Thanks for tips guys. I have "fixed" the problem i guess. I went out for my morning shoot today and decided to try 3 under, i have always used a split. I have always wanted to try 3under but did not wanna screw up my "style"....and low and behold i'm not hitting low. so in changing my fingering i have corrected myself lol. I'll take it!!! i was getting so i did not even wanna go out but thanks to who and whatever!!
