Form Flaw ?

What flaw in my form is causing a false stiff reaction when shooting bare shafts? RH shooter BTW

You could have too low a nock point, and the arrow could be bouncing off the shelf, causing an unpredictable reaction.

You could be torquing the string or the bow, which generally causes left misses for a RH shooter with a fletched arrow, and could also cause a false stiff reaction with a bare shaft.

I've also heard that too tight nocks can cause this, although I haven't experienced it personally, since I don't use too tight nocks!

Avid,  Take a look at your cartoon avatar.  See that flying string hand?  That will cause the arrows to go left, just like spine that is too stiff.  That often really shows up in a bare shaft.

Without seeing you shoot it could be many things but that one is the most common.  And, why so many have a hard time bare shafting.  Without nearly perfect (consistent) form tuning is nearly impossible.

Thank you gentlemen for your suggestions. I'm fairly sure it's not nock fit as the nock leaves the string with a gentle tap of two fingers. I'm also fairly certain it's not an issues with nock height being too low as I started at about 7/8" above 0 and moved it down incrementally until I got rid of nock high bare shaft flight, currently set at 9/16" above 0.
 Tomorrow I will use a bow sling in an attempt to isolate whether its an issue of string hand or bow hand torque.
