form ?
« on: March 17, 2013, 03:37:00 PM »
Hello, hope this is the right forumn. I recentley got back into traditional shooting, my new bow is an ILF system. I am new to this also. My problem is that when shooting , my arrows go about 6 inches left and about 6-8 inches low consistently. I am grouping about 2-3 inches at 12-15 yards, and my form seems to be ok. Any body have any ideas what could be up with this ?

valley,  You'll gets lots of answers that include arrows and arrow spine.  BUT, to really help we need far more information to include a video of you shooting.  Draw length, bow weight, right or left handed, arrow currently used.  Low and left compared to what? How "new" are you?? Background (have you ever shot before?), coming over from compounds? What?

For most NEW shooters, form is the culprit and just a couple days (or even weeks) is not enough time.
