Not sure what you are looking for, overall pretty good.  You have what appears to be a floating anchor but hard to tell from the videos.  Your string hand drops on follow through to your shoulder; ideally the hand will move to the air just behind your ear -- that suggests a little more arm tension vs. back tension but again hard to tell from these videos.

Thank you for the comments, and by floating anchor do you mean away from my face?  

2 things that I wonder about is if I'm drawing the bow back far enough, and I notice when I release the bow hand goes to the left and forward.  Should it go forward, left, neither, or both?

Bow hand should go first forward then slightly to the left.   BUT!!! It is important that that movement is a result of the shot NOT something you try to do!!!!!!

Floating anchor is not necessarily away from the face (it can be) but rather kind of a "moving" through without hitting a solid position first.

As far as "drawing back far enough" -- have you seen my videos?  Your "anchor" position is dictated by your bone structure, NOT some arbitrary place on your face.  When your bones are aligned, your anchor references are a result of that.  Learn your references AFTER you reach bone on bone alignment.

I tried focusing on finding a positive anchor and using more back as opposed to arm during release.  Does this look any better?

Yes!!!  See the difference in your string hand motion after the shot??  MUCH better, especially the first shot -- see how you lift slightly to anchor -- that is what you want.

Keep at it and make it yours.

Thanks Arne, I could really feel the difference.  Now I just need to grain it in.  Also one last question, how to you transition to shooting targets?  I mean hitting where you want not just form work.

That can be the hard part.  There is a program called the "bridge" that can get you going.  It takes some explaining but has been talked about here quite a bit.  Try a search for it and if you can't find the info, I'll spell it out for you later.
