I shoot three under, anchored under my cheek bone (high anchor). Today, I tried anchoring under my chin with my thumb locked behind my jaw bone. The anchor point was a lot more solid, which also allowed me to keep my bow arm lower. The problem is than I rubbed a spot along my cheek (jaw bone area) at the anchor point, which became sore. Is there a better location to anchor rather than under my chin, which will allow me to get better string alignment and won't cause so much irritation on my face? I was thinking an anchor more in line with the tip of my nose. If so, where should my double anchor be?
