wyoming unit 7

I have posted this on the "other" forum but I thought I would see what some of you have to say.

Thanks for any advice

A couple of friends and myself have decided to apply for unit 7 for elk. One has hunted it prior and the rest have not. I researched other units but not this one. I know it is getting down to the wire for the applications to be in.

What have your guy's experience been with this area, good or bad? It looks like a lot of tags are issued for a big area, are there too many hunters? Are there a lot of other people in the unit (mainly four wheelers).

We all do have a pref point but the odds are still pretty low. Is it worth trying to draw?

Thanks Matt Houska
