These are common reasons for throwing an arrow to the left for a RH shooter (other than equipment related reasons):
1. Arrow is to the outside of your dominant eye, rather than directly under it.
2. You are torqueing the bow or the string or both.
3. You are not getting your elbow behind the arrow at full draw, so you are "pulling" the arrow to the left.
