Gentlemen,
I have a few questions. I have been battling short drawing for years. I thought for a long time that I was properly getting into my back muscles using a rotational draw, however after having my wife video me, I discovered that I was not. 100% arm draw. So...today I had the rare day off work. I spent the entire day going back and forth between my bow, and watching Arne's YouTube videos. It hit me like a load of bricks, I finally figured out how to draw rotationally and get into those back muscles, and boy what a difference it has made. So here is the issue I have run into. Standing square to target with no bow cant, I have no trouble with the rotational draw, hitting anchor, and shooting better than I have EVER shot. This is all well and good in the yard, but I do most of my hunting from treestands and ground blinds. We all know that a vertical bow is a huge hindrance in the woods, where shots have to be "manufactured" as Mr. Green says. When I try to cant my bow even slightly the dreaded short draw and collapse rears it's ugly head. I can try to get a video up tomorrow when my wife gets home, but in the meantime, any help would be appreciated.
As always, thanks in advance guys,
Jake
