Not bad, really. I don't know if you are trying to achieve a dynamic or dead release here. Your hand does appear to go forward a bit on release, which might mean you are creeping a bit, losing back tension, but lots of dead release shooters appear to do that just a bit. Try just feeling the whole weight of the bow in your back, around the scapula, at full draw, and then just relax the hand and let the string push it away. Really, your form looks pretty decent to me, unless you are trying to use a dynamic release, in which case your hand should move back upon release as a result of proper back tension and relaxing the string hand.
