Found out the last last couple days how important it is to get your string hand in the proper position. Arne (MOEBOW) preaches having a relaxed wrist and forearm. For me that is a tuff thing to do and is one of the first things that I cheat on. I have a tendency to turn my draw hand away from the face which puts torque in the string and inconsistent flight. While emphasizing pulling the string back with a straight flat wrist I found that it also put me in that relaxed state. Bow became quieter on release, arrows impact straighter and center of the target was the result more often than not.
Good time to get back on track with the Baltimore Bowman Traditional Classic coming up this weekend.
