What is the most forgiving bow tune?  I've heard nock high with weak spine and nock high with stiff spine.  Which is it? thanks

thanks, but I'm not talking about bare shaft tuning.  I'm talking about AFTER the bow is tuned... which is most forgiving:  nock high and weak or stiff?    the reason weak  is wanted bare shaft is because the feathers will stiffen it up... at least that's the only reason I've heard of for the weak bare shaft.  thanks again

If we're talking a tuned, fletched arrow, I would think the most forgiving is the one that is neither weak nor stiff. At least it is for me.

If the arrow is a little stiff and there is the least bit of sloppiness in my release, I get one flying well wide of the aiming point. If it's a little weak, I don't get a clean, straight on entry.

I think that if a fletched arrow shows stiff or weak then it way off.

Bare shaft, just the tiniest bit weak might be a good idea. My last test is fletched shafts and broadheads so that's what seals the deal.
