Wow, those are great! I too have heard the tail is a delicacy. It never fails to make me jump a yard or two whenever I am getting in my duck blind and a beaver givers that alarm slap on the water. I'll have to try this sometime. Regards.

We do use a Boat, see the one in the picture....
    I like them when there about 10 yds out and swimming....
    Instinctive shootin at it's best....

Man-I clicked on this thinking we would get to talk about the shopping we did on "black Friday" last week.  I got a great deal on a blind and a new tree stand.

I love seeing different things taken with bows, guys.   Nice.   That's adventure, there!  

I suppose you got the "beaver fever" now.  Sounds like the title of a new video...maybe add it to the next tradgang DVD.

I use to trap a lot of beavers and we would crockpot and BBQ the meat and eat it on sandwhiches.  It is very good, like fine textured beaf almost.

There is nothing you want in the tail, just bones and some nasty gristle.  Remember who was eating tails, some old mtn men with no access to fatty meats, living all winter in a cold cabin.
