Wild Turkey Chowder
« on: May 30, 2003, 07:41:00 PM »
Possibly the best Thanksgiving Turkey dinner I ever ate, even if I did cook it up myownself!

Cut some cubes from the breast and cook in a crockpot, cover with chicken bouillion.  I wound up cooking this meat for a day or so.  When done, add:

2 or 3 cans of Cream of Celery soup (Campbell)
1 can of corn
1/4 cup of wild rice
chopped celery

Season to taste with celery salt, lemon pepper, parsley.

Ummmmmm, good!
