« on: November 30, 2004, 09:38:00 PM »
3 cups of sugar,3 cups self rising flour,3 cans of peaches, 3 sticks of " Real Butter"....mix contents into Dutch Oven, hold back the juice from one of the cans of peaches, stir well, put about 12 hot charcoals under the bottom, and about 20 hot charcoals on the top, if its real cold outside sit dutch oven inside a truck wheel that had the center cut out with a torch...(good item to have around camp)keeps the wind out and helps keep the heat in,,,serve with "Clabber" (icecream)...yum yum...served this my 1 st trip to "Paradise Hunt Club'" about 3 years ago,,,,makes friends fast!!!!had G. Fred , Tom Parsons and Biggie Hoffman coming back for seconds......Now that Peach Cobbler  Southern Style"  :bigsmyl:    :bigsmyl:
