Asian tenderloin

Here's a great appetizer that is served cold
Marinate a whole pork tenderloin with any fat trimmed off in 1 cup soy sauce with 1 1/2 tbs five spice powder in a one gallon zip lock bag for 24 hours then roast in oven or better yet smoke untill the center reaches 160 degrees  then refrigerate overnight slice into thin pieces serve with a hot mustard made from mustard powder and cold water with toasted sesame seeds it's the first thing that's gone at our get togethers
