HI ALL TRY THIS IT IS DELICIOUS!!!
hang on to your hats here we go.
enough pork and chicken for everyone.like wise with the potatoes, pumpkin, kumara, in your part of the world sweet potatoe. and if you have it one pound of watercress, kilo ok. and if you do not have that silverbeet. chop chicken and pork  and put it in the bottom of a large roasting pan. put salt and pepper to taste then heap on the vegetables and salt  :readit:    :wavey:   and pepper them to taste. sounding good so far? on top of all that spread thee watercress then add 3 CUPS of water. then cover the roasting pan with tin foil mould it around the lip of the pan so that it is sealed then tie it up with string so it stops any leaks. then place in oven and cook for 3HOURS at 160 c  go and shoot a few arrows for 3 hours or somthing like that. when it is done just remove the  tin foil and tuck in. you wont be sorry you tried this one.

Gday Jeff   :)

I might give that a try with a few venison roasts I have in the freezer. Sounds bloody good  :)
