Arrow suggestions for 24" draw 32#

I'm planning to give a mid sixties Bear Bearcat 38#@28" to a 12 year old for Christmas. Right now he draws about 23 or 24" so I guess that's low 30#s on this bow, I'd like to make up some aluminum arrows to suit, keeping in mind that he's growing fast, any suggestions?

My wife shoots those exact same specs out of a Wallace recurve. For aluminum she shoots easton jazz (purple shaft) 1816. With a 100 grn tip. Only problem is they bend easy if they miss and hit something hard.
The best bang for the buck has been some easton carbon excels in the 500 spine. Keep them full length with a 125 tip and they should bare shaft great. They are tough and cheap for carbons. I bought her 2 doz shafts and the only one that has broke was one that I shot. The Delta Buck jumped my string and I hit a brick block on the other side. :D

I'd say 1716's, maybe 28". Leave them long, if they're weak, you can cut them off. Jazz are not the toughest aluminum. Try the Platinum's, I believe they are a better grade.

I shoot one bow that pulls 31#@22" and another that pulls 39#@22". I shoot easton gamegetter 1716 lites and 1816 lites. The 1716 fly the best for me. I have left them full length with 125 grain tips.

Thanks all, my local shop has some 1816 gamegetter 2s in stock, think I'll get a half dozen, within a year he'll probably be pulling 26" at least, the sprout, if they're a little on the stiif side now that's ok, I'll leave them full length for now.

My daughter shoots a 30# @ 24" LB, the best aluminums I can find for her are 1516 cut 26" ... JAZZ or PLATINUMS.

Carbon Express Terminator Jr.s should work well. They are spined for bows up to 40 lbs, they are 28" long, and they are very rugged, they will take a lot of abuse.
