Anyone make their own here?? just lookin online for recipes and wondered about the gang here. Love both biltong and droewers thought tommorrow about getting started making my own.
See if anyone has experiences out there!

Never heard of it before so I did a google search for "make your own biltong and droewors"
And found what looks like a very good book on the subject.
How did yours come out? Did you use beef or venision?

YA we make our own
ill dig out the recipe we use and send it to you.
some of the spices i dont think you will be able to get here in the states but ill have a look.
