Try High Mountain seasoning I have had good luck with it just follow instructions

Go the Sausage Maker website, they have it all.  And pick up anything written by Rytek Kutas, he is THE sausage king.

 You can buy the ingredients about anywhere and don't have to use a prepared packaged mix.

High mtn is a great seasoning. Slap some cheese in it and your sticks will be awesome.
