pulled deer
« on: October 31, 2012, 10:49:00 AM »
I was in the kitchen yesterday an thought pulled pork for dinner.but instead I used deer meat WOW what a good move.now I am not even going to start tellin you southern boys about pulled pork or deer for that matter.I will say this I used hind quater garlic salt pepper an sweet baby rays bq sauce. It turned out real good the meat pulled apart real nice an it was very good.If anyone would be kind enought to give me a homemade bbq sauce recipe I think it would taste even better then a commical sauce.thankyou an give this a try.
