has anyone tried the green egg grill

the big green egg,,, wondering how it is on lean game meats.. its like a pressure cooker/ smoker I guess but I'm getting curious about them just not sure if they'd be the wrong choice for venison.

post up a couple easy venison recipes for this contraption if you can.

It is not a pressure cooker.  It is a ceramic Kamodo style grill/smoker.  A few guys here have them and love them.

Best grill out there in my opinion.  Love the fact that I can grill at 1000 degrees and also smoke.  Very versital and well worth the price.   I have seven grills and ind that I use this one more often then any other.

how much charcoal do you use in this thing,,, I'm thinking once at temp it acts as an oven with low oxygen so the coals last longer,,,,,,,,, of course this is just my theory and usually I have it all wrong 8^)

My buddy has one and it's great.  When done cooking you can shut it down (choke off the air) and preserve fuel.

I wanted to bring it to GIANTS games but the damn thing weighs a ton.
