different way for squirrel

So, it's not really NEW but a different spin.  Take your cleaned and prepared squirell ( or coon, nutria etc) and browoff in a soup pot. Then cover ith about 4cups water.  Bring to boil and let cook covered. Dice up an onion some carrots and celery and throw in pot.

Let this all cook together while you make gnocci.  I tak 2 cups potato flakes and 2 cups boiling water.  Mix together and add enough flour to make a dough you can roll into gnocii balls.

After 45 min or so add 1 package of pioneer brown gravy mix, gnocci, and a big package of arugala. Let simmer for another 20 min or so.

You now have a delicious hearty gnocci stew.   It was amazing tonight and i thought id share it.
