I have been working on my recipes lately as I self process mine and my daughters deer. I get tired of deer roasts and I don't like it as steak.
This recipe I found and figured it would be great. Tried it and they used too much water and it ruined them. Second try I worked out great. The hot dogs are flavored more like sausages, but I love them. The story and recipe is here.
