Somebody tell me about Bear Kodiak Magnums? I can pick up a used late model one, 65 lbs, for about $200.00. Good deal or not? I can handle the weight, but worried about my draw length which is close to 30". What I'm looking for is a short, 20 yards or less, ground blind bow.

I truly love mine.  But I've got a short draw, a long draw like yours may experience some finger pinch.  If you can test shoot it, do so.  If no finger pinch and the bow is in good shape, I'd say that would be a good deal.

My son has about a 30" draw and shoots his 45# KMag pretty well.  The thing is light and very short - seems to handle well for him in the woods.
