one other point,
they love to eat german tourists in BC. I don't understand why anyone would go hiking into the woods of BC in the spring without a big gun. I wish the politicians would and all the anti-gun city people would also.
The bears are hungry and anything that moves is food.

Fred Eichler only used a 54# bow on a grizz and had a complete passthrough. I think he used a 3-blade as well but dont hold me to that part.

Fred normally shoots 54# but did use a 57# Palmer on his big bear hunts and he hits full draw with whatever bow he is shooting.  He shot the grizzly with Axis arrows, 100gr inserts and 125gr 4bl Phantoms and both shots zipped thru the bear and beyond!  Mark

On my grizzley, I used a 70# recurve and Zwikey 125 gr. Eskimo BH.  I shot him at 20 yds. and blew all the way through.  A little advice, don't shoot them when they are looking at you or your direction.  I waited until it turned broadside ( was shaking from holding so long).  The bear ran back on me to about 10 yrs. but I was uphill some.  It turned and went another 20yds and piled up.  They are so fast that I did not have time to reach for another arrow in my quiver.  It was exciting - crawled up on the bear for 100 yds. as flat as I could as there were no trees bushes or rocks to hide behind.  I think a good 2 blade broadhead is still the very best.  Just put it where it needs to go.  I kept my shot a little low and took out the heart.

I knew that the woodsman would do, I have had pass throughs on elk, mulies, hogs, and black bears. I used the grizzly on bison, and I have the arrow with a bent broadhead for a conversation piece.

I don't mean to jump into your thread and discuss arrow/broadhead issues, but I figure I'll throw a word in or two.
I used a snuffer for a griz and I don't think I would do it again.  I also used a woodsmen on a Kodiak and had a lot better penetration.  I shoot a 63# bow.  I would use the woodsmen with my weight and set up for griz, but if I was shooting a lighter bow.... I don't know what I would use?  Best of luck with your video search and hunt.
