Another take down
« on: November 23, 2004, 08:59:00 AM »
I bought another Bear take down. This gives me two metal riser take downs. I like to have a second bow in case of misfortune on a hunting trip, as usually, I'm a long way from any archery dealers when I'm away hunting.

This one came with white limbs. It looks like its been painted white over black glass, but the Bear logo and patent numbers etc all look like factory art work. It has #40 limbs.

The #1 grip is the plastic version. I will be trying to get a #3 grip for this one too. I would do a swap of Outback Supreme or Hunter broadheads, for anyone who has a #3 Bear right hand plastic grip they dont need.
Three things you cant take back, time past, harsh words and a well sped arrow

I've got one, don't use it much, but really not interested it letting it go either. I have seen more than one made into a high wrist grip with a little Bondo
Many have died for my freedom.
One has died for my soul.
